There could be a multiple of security issues that you face in property management. Some of those would be unauthorized people going to the pools or our amenities, parties, and oftentimes some criminal activity that you deal with. It is so time consuming when someone comes in with an incident and you want to help them out, you know, and help the police out. It could take hours to search for that particular time, that particular incident and that person. It's very frustrating.
We chose Cloudastructure to help us property managers out to kind of eliminate that having to search through hours and hours of footage and to help us monitor our properties better and be able to pinpoint those who violate the lease and use that to eliminate the problems on our community.
When I was first introduced to Cloudastructure, what I like is the ability to search for a description such as like a backpack and a red shirt and be able to pinpoint that exact person and or whatever is being described. It makes it so much easier on us. I am very amazed that the install is very streamlined. It is very simple.
There's not a lot that has to be done to hook us up to the system and get us using Cloudastructure today. It is going to be a selling point for us to let our residents and our prospects know that this is something we have and we're able to pinpoint and find and eliminate problems on our community very quickly.
Being able to use the cameras that we have existing is a huge benefit because I do know the upfront costs of having to have new security cameras installed throughout the community can be very costly, especially on one this size, 449 units.
We are very excited to have Cloudastructure as a partner and how it's going to benefit us and our residents in maintaining that comfort zone and offer that as an amenity to our residents. Let them know that we have it and no one else does.
