My name is Alex Alione. 

I work for Con-Am. We are an apartment owner and investor, and we manage around 50,000 units. There's been an incredibly frustrating situation at one of our apartment communities. A gate had been damaged several times per year. 

Each time it cost us several thousands of dollars, and we were unable to find who was causing this. Cloudastructure's footage helped us show a car pushing on the gate, which broke it. It helped us identify that person, recover the funds, and has prevented this from happening again. 

The value that Cloudastructure has provided has been very, very helpful. We use it very frequently. It takes time, energy, and money, especially in the situation of this gate. For our property, security and safety was the number one concern.

The main thing that we were really interested in was the AI technology, which allowed us to then specifically look at different aspects that we were having issues with. Particularly, we had a homeless issue that we're working through and being able to filter the footage by people or other categories, which has helped us find and catch a lot of the people that have caused us problems. 

The feedback from our property managers has been very positive. Cloudastructure has definitely delivered on their promise of what they were able to offer with software and they've continued to follow up to make sure that our needs are met along the way.
