I'm Paul Henderson. 

I'm the president and COO of High Times Holding Corp, which has a couple of different business divisions, the Legacy Magazine events business, and more recently, the plant touching business, which is mostly made up of retail stores and branded products. Cannabis is unique because of the regulatory aspects that every city and state imposes upon us. We have defined a surveillance video partner that one could be everywhere we were going to be as we grew from California out to other states. So a very kind of scalable solution. 

We really needed somebody that we could work with to make sure that we met the industry standards. And so we've been with a couple of different services, but we really love kind of the one login. And we knew when we picked somebody, we were going to go with that one group for every one of our stores. So Cloudastructure, really nice to work with. Everything from the hardware setup to the monitoring has really been fantastic. 

We were broken into multiple times in Oakland. We were a casualty of that. We got the alerts, but the video surveillance really allowed us, one, to submit very clear video and pictures to the police, and also for insurance claims for product that was damaged and stolen. So it's worked exactly as we expected it to. 

With scalability, it's incredibly important. I think we have a handful of stores right now. They're not converted to Cloudstructure. They're going to be soon. We need to be able to log in at any point in time. And so the cloud solution is critical. We don't have security on premise on every location. We have a head of security that is in the Bay Area, but he needs to be able to monitor all the stores across the state and very soon across the country. 

So it's been critical for any one of our store managers or head of security to be able to jump online and to be able to review camera footage or live feed right away.
