Kalberer Testimonial

My name is Brittany Kalber. 

I work for Kalber Company. I'm the vice president and corporate secretary. We are a small family business. We own and manage all of our own office buildings and some retail around Portland, Vancouver, Washington, and the suburbs. 

We did have another security platform that we were using. Honestly, at the time, we thought that it was the best that we could have. One of the drawbacks with the system that we had been using, we were discovering that we could not be proactive or do anything in real time. 

Now, moving forward with Cloudastructure, not only is the imaging better, we can get to the footage much quicker and there is also the capability of seeing all of the events live. We are able to stop a crime perhaps if it's in progress. There are speakers installed where there's the ability to speak directly to the person at the various properties. There is the option of remote guarding that has been very valuable. 

Not only is it valuable because the remote guarding is keeping an eye on our property live, watching for anything that might be out of the ordinary, any crimes that might be in place. But also it's just 24-7 eyes on the building. You know, when you're focused on your industry and your work and you're looking at implementing another big change, you're always sort of groaning a little bit about how difficult that change might be to implement. 

And it was so refreshing and so lovely to meet Cloudastructure's team. They were with us the whole way through installation. It couldn't have been easier. It has gone leaps and bounds with our tenants to know that we are taking these steps to have a robust security system in place. 

We live and die by having our tenants feel safe in our properties. It means the world to us, really, because it is a sense of security. It is real security, a peace of mind, probably the best management tool that we could have ever brought on.
